Japan passes the  bill ,the administrated name of the island from Tonoshiro to Tonoshiro senkaku , as another area in japan known as Ishigaki . The group of island coves 1,931 km which is in south west of Tokyo. Japan administration since 1972,china claims on land ,saying it dates back to hundred years.






Chinese objects " Diaoyu island and the affiliated island are china`s  inherent territories ,china is resolute 
in safeguarding our territorial sovereignty,this so called administrative re-designation in a serious provocation toward china`s  territorial sovereignty ," said Zhao Lijian spokesperson  of  China`s  foreign Ministry.
